2026 Regional Resilience Roundtable

The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H‑GAC) hosted the Regional Resilience Roundtable on April 2, 2026, bringing together state, regional, and local experts to discuss community resilience, hazard mitigation, flood risk reduction, and sustainable planning initiatives across Southeast Texas. The event featured a morning speaker session, technical workshops, interactive planning tools, and networking opportunities for planners, emergency managers, public officials, and resilience practitioners. Participants explored new tools, best practices, and collaborative strategies to enhance resilience and support long‑term community planning.
