South of SH 242 to SH 242

South of SH 242, FM 1314 is a two lane facility with a center left turn lane that widens to become a 4 lane facility with a center left turn lane. The two lane facility is a bottleneck leading to the SH 242/FM 1314 intersection. The facility had 60 crashes, 2 serious injuries and 1 fatalities during the period from 2015 to 2017. The truck volume on the facility is roughly 1,528 trucks per day and this represents 7.2% percent of the facility's AADT.

Widen to 4 lane divided and remove bottleneck
