Air Quality Comformity Public Meetings

As the Gulf Coast region continues to grow and expand, it is imperative that we are mindful of how our air quality is impacted. In response to the most recent amendments to the long-term regional transportation plan (RTP), the Houston-Galveston Area Council has set forth a proposed air quality conformity determination.

H-GAC held two virtual public meetings being on Monday, May 9 to inform the public about air quality conformity and how it relates to the transportation plan.
