  1. Development of 2027 Unified Transportation Plan (UTP) Planning Targets
    TxDOT will present draft Planning Targets for the 2027 UTP. These planning targets will provide guidance for TxDOT Districts and other planning partners for the development of 2027 UTP.

  2. Call for Subregional Planning Requests
    Staff will present evaluation criteria to be used for the 2026 Call for Subregional Planning Requests from local sponsors.

  3. 2025-2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and the 2045 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) Future Amendments
    Staff will present proposed Amendments to the 2025-2028 TIP and 2045 RTP projects for review and discussion. At next month’s meeting staff will seek TAC recommendation for TPC approval of the preview amendments.
