HOUSTON, TX – The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) is urging residents and business owners in Brazoria, Chambers, Colorado, Liberty, Matagorda, Walker, Waller, and Wharton counties to verify their 9-1-1 addresses to prevent delays during emergencies.
