Study Summary and Goals

The Cloverleaf Livable Centers study goal is to identify opportunities to improve and invest in the Cloverleaf community leveraging its naturally occurring density and robust grid street pattern. The study will investigate the possible development of a town center inclusive of an array of housing options, retail/office and civic destinations within walking distance of a community gathering place. The study seeks to improve connectivity and mobility, stimulate equitable economic development, and create a better quality of life for Clover Leaf residents.

The study’s conceptual plan and associated recommendations should encourage walkability, connection within and between nodes of community activity, and built environment strategies that support local economic development and employment.

The study should result in a forward-looking vision and practical implementation strategies that consider responsible stewardship of Cloverleaf's existing resources to best meet the community’s needs.
