The data which you are being provided is the property of the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC). H-GAC has developed this data from a variety of datasets and inputs, and the data represents H-GAC’s best judgment as to the values provided within the datasets provided. H-GAC does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the data being provided.

Moreover, H-GAC makes no guarantees regarding the positional accuracy and/or value accuracy of the attribute data being provided. H-GAC is not required to notify the user of any changes, revisions, additions, and/or deletions to the data being provided.
