Regional Transit Coordination Subcommittee (RTCS)
The RTCS is the steering committee for the ongoing coordination of regional transit service planning. Its membership is appointed annually by the H-GAC Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). The RTCS is comprised of representatives of transit service providers, social service agencies and non-profit organizations as well as transportation stakeholder agencies. The RTCS meets quarterly, usually at the H-GAC offices. Information about past RTCS meetings including agenda items, handouts and copies of presentations are available through the RTCS Sub-committee link. The RTCS meetings are open to the public.
