For more information, please email your questions to proposals@h-gac.com.

grandparkwayThe Harris County Toll Road Authority and the Fort Bend Grand Parkway Toll Road Authority are inviting members of the area to participate in the Grand Parkway Travel Study. The questionnaire will provide an opportunity for residents who use the current roads to share their opinions on travel in the region.

The Toll Road Authorities will use the results of the study to better understand the travel behavior of area residents and to help make important regional transportation planning decisions. The questionnaire usually takes 10-15 minutes to complete and your answers will be kept confidential and will be used only for this study.

Houston-Galveston Area Council's Clean Cities program hosted a Clean Start Propane kick-off event on February 24, 2011 in support of new propane refueling station projects around the country. This $12.3 million nationwide rollout is a collaboration between CleanFUEL USA, Conoco Phillips, Amerigas and the Propane Education & Research Council, aided by Public Solutions Group.

The kick-off highlights a push to create a network that will include 10 propane fueling stations in Houston, propane safety trainings through Texas State Technical College, fleet upgrades for some school bus fleets among others, and public outreach activities. The proposed refueling stations will be installed in more than 20 major cities for fleets and consumers with propane vehicles.
