Objectives
- Determine opportunities and constraints for aviation users
- Assess airport capacity, current and future demand, issues and constraints
- Establish regional goals for future general aviation development
- Assess alternative means to accomplish these goals, and develop an optimal plan
- Set priorities for new and rebuilt airport facilities, and convey to FAA and TxDOT
