Mr. Johnson will present the recommendations of the TAC Nominating Committee and seek approval of the proposed slate of officers.
6. Acceptance of Regional Goods Movement Study (Ms. Chandra Bondzie, H-GAC)
Ms. Bondzie will review the Regional Goods Movement Study, request acceptance by the Technical Advisory Committee and referral to the Transportation Policy Council.
7. Approval of Co-Designation of US 59 and IH 69 (Mr. Alan Clark, H-GAC)
Mr. Clark will review the benefits of co-designation and discuss next steps and a timeline.
8. Approval to Receive Public Comment on Draft 2013-2016 TIP Project List (Mr. David Wurdlow, H-GAC)
Mr. Wurdlow will review the Draft 2013-2016 TIP schedule and request approval to receive public comments on the Draft 2013-2016 TIP Project list.

Mr. Clark will recognize Mr. Andy Mao, P.E. for his service to the TAC.

10. Amendment of TAC Bylaws (Mr. Alan Clark, H-GAC)
Mr. Johnson will identify and discuss changes to the TAC Bylaws as approved by the Transportation Policy Council.
11. Report on status of transportation planning activities from member agencies
H-GAC and other transportation agencies will update the Technical Advisory Committee on recent planning and implementation activities within their jurisdictions.
