4. Approval of Minutes for December 14, 2011 meeting (Chairman Elmer, P.E.)
5. Need for TAC Bylaws Amendment (Mr. Ashby Johnson, H-GAC)
Mr. Johnson will review needed changes to the TAC Bylaws as a result of the 2010
Census and request approval by the Transportation Policy Council.
6. Approval of Proposed Functional Class Changes (Mr. Bill Tobin, H-GAC)
Mr. Tobin will present Functional Classification changes for FM 3346 and FM 1887 for
approval by the Technical Advisory Committee.
7. Acceptance of Draft Access Management Studies (Mr. Bill Tobin, H-GAC)
Mr. Tobin will review the draft final studies for FM 1764 and SH 105 and
request acceptance for inclusion in the 2040 RTP and referral to the Transportation
Policy Council.

8. Process for Appointment of TAC Subcommittee Members (Mr. Ashby Johnson, H-GAC)
Mr. Johnson will provide an overview of the process for appointing new members to each
TAC Subcommittee. The current Chairs of the TAC subcommittees will provide a brief
report of 2011 activities and expected agenda for 2012.
9. Regional Goods Movement Study (Ms. Chandra Bondzie, H-GAC)
Ms. Bondzie will review the issues and recommendations of the Regional Goods
Movement Study for inclusion in the 2040 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP).
10. Co-Designation of US 59 and IH 69 (Mr. Alan Clark, H-GAC)
Mr. Clark will review the benefits of co-designation and discuss next steps and a
timeline.
11. Report on status of transportation planning activities from member agencies
H-GAC and other transportation agencies will update the Technical Advisory Committee
on recent planning and implementation activities within their jurisdictions.
