Staff requests approval of amendments to the 2012-2013 Unified Planning Work
Program.
7. Acceptance of the Colorado Valley Transit Plan (Mr. Kari Hackett, H-GAC)
Mr. Hackett will provide an overview of the Colorado Valley Transit Plan and seek
acceptance by the TAC and a recommendation for acceptance by the Transportation
Policy Council and the H-GAC Board of Directors Projects Review Committee.
8. Acceptance of the Updated Regionally Coordinated Transportation Plan (Mr. Kari
Hackett, H-GAC)
Mr. Hackett will provide an overview of the Updated Regionally Coordinated Transit Plan
and seek acceptance by the TAC with a recommendation for acceptance by the
Transportation Policy Council and the H-GAC Board of Directors-Projects Review
Committee.

9. Congestion Management Process (Mr. David Shrank, Texas Transportation Institute)
Mr. Shrank will discuss the Congestion Management process, traffic data analysis, and
development of the State of the Congestion Report for the region.
10. Potential co-designation of US 59/IH 69 to IH 69 (Mr. Alan Clark, H-GAC)
Mr. Clark will discuss recent TxDOT activities to co-designate segments of US 59 in our
region to interstate status.
11. Report on status of transportation planning activities from member agencies
H-GAC and other transportation agencies will update the Technical Advisory Committee
on recent planning and implementation activities within their jurisdictions.
