5. Report from the TIP Subcommittee (Mr. Mark Loethen - Vice Chairman, TIP
Subcommittee)
The Vice Chairman of the TIP Subcommittee will report on discussion regarding reprogramming guidelines for the 2008 TIP.
6. Regional Safety Council Interim Report (Mr. Jeff Kaufman, H-GAC)
Regional Saftey Council Background
Staff will discuss the accomplishments and activities of the Regional Safety Program.
7. Revised Regional Commuter Rail Connectivity Study (Mr. Earl Washington, H-GAC)
Mr. Washington will update the Technical Advisory Committee on the preliminary findings and recommendations from the study. He will also provide information on the Major Stakeholder meetings and Public Involvement Plan.
8. Clean Air Progress Report (Ms. Shelley Whitworth, H-GAC)
H-GAC staff has assembled a report which gives an overview of the current air quality situation within the region and details the actions being taken by H-GAC and other organizations to make improvements.
9. Report on status of transportation planning activities from member agencies-
H-GAC and other transportation agencies will update the Technical Advisory Committee on recent planning and implementation activities within their jurisdictions.
