4. Approval of Minutes of April 9, 2008 meeting (Chairman Dale Rudick, P.E.)
5. Addition of Colorado Valley Transit to Regional Transit Coordination Subcommittee Voting Membership (Mr. Ashby Johnson, H-GAC)This additional voting member will add representation to the subcommittee for the rural counties outside of the TMA and increase the membership from 15 to 16.
6. Request for Nominations to the TCM/VMEP Development Working Group (Ms. Shelley Whitworth, H-GAC) Nominations to the TCM/VMEP Development Working Group were requested from TAC members. By the April 9, 2008 deadline, several positions are without nominations. Staff will request additional nominations from TAC members at the May 14th TAC Meeting.

7. May is National Bike Month (Ms. Regina Garcia, Pedestrian Bicycle Subcommittee)
Mr. Clark Martinson of the Energy Corridor District will give a short presentation on the efforts in our region to address the need to improve bicyclist safety and mobility through bicyclist safety improvements and education.
8. Reprogramming of the 2008-2011 Transportation Improvement Program (Mr. Alan Clark, H-GAC) The Texas Transportation Commission has approved significantly reduced programming targets for the Texas Department of Transportation. Staff will discuss reducing the programming of state assisted projects shown in the 2008-2011 Transportation Improvement Program.
9. TPC Legislative Committee (Mr. Alan Clark, H-GAC)
Mr. Clark will discuss the purpose, scope, and membership for the proposed TPC Legislative Committee.
10. Report on status of transportation planning activities from member agencies
H-GAC and other transportation agencies will update the Technical Advisory Committee on recent planning and implementation activities within their jurisdictions.

- Revisions to the 2008-2009 Unified Planning Work Program
