7. Federal Rescissions/Unified Transportation Program Update (Mr. Alan Clark,
H-GAC)
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) issued a rescission of
unobligated Federal funds on March 4, 2008. Additionally, TxDOT has
recently released newUnified Transportation Program (UTP) funding targets
for 2010 - 2019. H-GAC staff will brief the TAC on potential implications of
these actions.

8. Hurricane Evacuation Public Outreach (Ms. Christy Willhite, H-GAC)
H-GAC and Houston TranStar Partners engaged a consultant team to assist
with the development of a hurricane communications initiative targeting
populations with special needs. The consulting team will present their
findings and next steps.

9. City of Houston Mobility Plan (Ms. Marlene Gafrick, City of Houston) The City of
Houston will brief the TAC on the status of its mobility plan.
