TERP Grant Program
The TERP Program, administered by the TCEQ, provides grants for diesel emissions reduction projects that reduce nitrogen oxides (NOx) in Texas that are based upon actual reductions. For on-road projects, this program may pay up to $10,000 per ton of NOx reduced, not to exceed 80% of the replacement project.

H-GAC Regional TERP
The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) is proud to launch the 3rd Party Texas Emission Reduction Plan (TERP). The 3rd Party TERP (regional TERP program) is designed to reduce Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) emissions of heavy duty diesel engines powering equipment owned or operated by local governmental entities.
