The Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) Agreement for the Houston-Galveston Area Emission Reduction Credit Organization (AERCO) has been accepted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). State SEP funds contributed as part of the settlement of a TCEQ enforcement action may be used to fund local school districts and area transit agencies in reaching a local match. AERCO will use these SEP funds for school and transit buses.
