He coordinates community planning in Austin, Colorado, Matagorda, Montgomery, Walker, Waller and Wharton counties. Jim is also the contact for juvenile grants including Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention (JJDP), Juvenile Accountability Block Grants (JABG), Criminal Justice Planning Fund (SF 421 - Juvenile) and Safe and Drug Free Schools and Communities (SDFSC) grants.

She coordinates community planning in Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris and Liberty counties. Stephanie is also the contact for victim grants including Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Victims of Crime Act (VOCA), Criminal Justice Planning Fund (SF 421 - Non Juvenile) and Law Enforcement Training (LET) grants.
