About the H-GAC Regional Salary and Benefits Survey

H-GAC's Regional Salary and Benefits Survey Report includes a summary of all positions, the lowest and highest salaries reported, simple averages and employees for each position surveyed.

The survey covers seventy-four (74) job titles in seven (7) major job categories (executive, management/professional, administrative/clerical, emergency services, police, fire, and technical/ craft). Each survey responder will be asked to provide information about the number of employees, FLSA overtime status (exempt or non-exempt), employee salaries, salary range (minimum and maximum, if applicable), supervisor’s title(s) and employee title(s) for each job.

All salaries are presented in annual amounts, based on 2,080 hours per year.

How to Participate in the Survey

To participate in the survey, we ask that you first complete the survey registration form.

Once registered, you can log into the survey form to begin, complete, and submit your survey response. You are able to save your progress on your survey response and resume the response at a later time.

Survey Response Deadline

All survey responses must be submitted by 6:00 pm Wednesday, May 15, 2024.

A link to a PDF version of the Report will be sent via email after your purchase has been completed. If paying by check, the link will be sent once your check has been received by H-GAC.

Physical Copy - $45.00

A bound, paper copy of the Report will be delivered to the mailing address entered after your purchase has been completed. This price includes the cost of shipping.
