Revised rules that became effective March 27, 2006, require municipal solid waste facility owners or operators to post a complete copy of any application that requires public notice on a publicly accessible website. This requirement applies to applications declared administratively complete on or after March 27, 2006, but does not apply to authorizations at Type IAE and Type IVAE landfill facilities. For the related rules, see Title 30 Texas Administrative Code (30 TAC), Section 330.57, Subsection (i). Type IAE and Type IVAE facilities are described in 30 TAC Section 330.5, Subsections (a) and (b).
