This study will be conducted for the preparation of an “implementation plan” that allows League City to proactively address Main Street and furthers the goals of the Livable Centers program - including the development of feasible catalyst and complementary projects to create a walkable, mixed-use place, as well as a sound financial plan that utilizes public and private resources and investments to bring the goals of the study to reality.
The study area is generally bounded by Clear Creek to the North, Reynolds Street to the East, Walker Street to the South, and SH3 to the West.
