Much more than offering one-stop shopping, vibrant retail areas can be both a destination for visitors and an amenity for residents. “Live, Work, Stay & Play” retail environments can produce transportation benefits, enticing people to leave their cars behind for a while.
At this half-day workshop, you’ll gain insights from experts on retail trends and future opportunities. You’ll learn how communities like Navasota and Huntsville are attracting and retaining retail tenants while rebranding their retail destinations through practical policies, programs and projects.
Breakfast and registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. The program begins at 9 a.m.
