H-GAC Board-approved Round 2.2 Method of Distribution The H-GAC Hurricane Ike Recovery Committee met Wednesday, November 9, 2011 to review proposed funding allocations that were presented to the H-GAC Board of Directors on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 for final approval and submission to the Texas General Land Office. The H-GAC Board-approved Round 2.2 MOD is based primarily on local government comments concerning funding within counties, and the completion status of FHAST forms.
