PURPOSE:
Assists and advises elected officials in their decision-making responsibilities by making recommendations on issues related to 9-1-1 emergency phone number planning, operation and improvement of the H-GAC Regional 9-1-1 System.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
16 members appointed by the H-GAC Board of Directors, 2 from each participating county--Brazoria, Chambers, Colorado, Liberty, Matagorda, Walker, Waller and Wharton.
MEETS:
At least annually
