PURPOSE:

Advise the Houston-Galveston Area Council Board and, as appropriate, the Transportation Policy Council on air quality issues.

H-GAC Board, interested organizations

MEMBERSHIP
REQUIREMENTS:

26 members appointed by the H-GAC Board. Membership generally represents the eight non-attainment counties (Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, and Waller), City of Houston, other cities, pollution control officers, industry, environmental organizations, citizens, organizations, area associations, Greater Houston Partnership, Transportation Policy Council, METRO, and TxDOT.

MEETS:

Monthly as needed; at least eight times each year.
