Decker Drive to Emmet Hutto Boulevard
Rollingbrook Drive was constructed using substandard materials and methods and has, therefore, been susceptible to normal and extreme environmental degradation.
The proposed improvements will include reconstructing the on-grade pavement and drainage system.
This project will provide the users of Rollingbrook Drive with a pavement structure that is reliable for the next 20 years and will not require intermittent repairs.

Rollingbrook Drive was inundated during Hurricane Harvey and has had its support structure degraded by years of extreme temperatures. The roadway has been repaired or patched in several locations over the past few years.
